Matt is the co-owner of SO41 Catering and Doe & Sons Bakehouse, a chef of 20 years and the face behind the food.

Matt’s career has seen him work across the industry from rosette restaurant, country hotels and private members clubs to high event contract catering, major sporting events and as a private chef.

Matt’s love of street food, the bold flavours and simple approach lead to the creation of SO41 Catering and is the driving force behind the ethos of Matt’s food of ‘source local, treat with respect and let the flavours shine’.
